Refund policy

We want your shopping experience with Weltrends to be smooth and hassle-free. If you need to return a product, we're here to make the process as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products received through an exchange are not eligible for return or refund.
  • For bundle or combo orders, the complete bundle must be returned together.
  • Orders placed using Gift Cards or Store Credits are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–4 working days.

After pickup, the product may take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse. Once received, it will undergo a quality inspection, which is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product successfully passes the quality check.

Refunds

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method after deducting a ₹50 return processing fee per product.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be issued as Store Credit after deducting a ₹50 return processing fee per product and applicable COD charges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
